Prosecutor General"s Office Asks to Investigate Beating of Azerbaijani Teenager in Zelenograd
The Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office appealed to the Prosecutor General of Russia to take under special control the investigation of the beating of a teenage Azerbaijani, the press service of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan.
Recall that on November 1 a drunk young man in Zelenograd beat a 14 -year-old Rovshan Kazymov in a coach. Initially the drunkard insulted the teenager, calling him a "chock" and then beat him. As a result , the teenager went almost blind.
The police have opened a criminal case against the assailant. The Azerbaijan Embassy staff visited Rovshan in the hospital.
Yesterday the Deputy General Prosecutor Rustam Usubov addressed the Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, calling him to take the offense under special control and to bring the offender to justice. The appeal emphasized that this crime caused great public interest in Azerbaijan. -02D-

On November 13, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Afghan Taliban held talks in Baku as part of the COP29 conference. According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting. Furthermore, conference security prevented journalists from asking questions to the meeting participants.

She had been accredited in the "Green Zone" as a civil rights activist. From the moment she entered the conference area, a young man began to follow her.
