Russia believes the solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict in the hands of the parties
Settlement of the Karabakh conflict is in the hands of the parties to the conflict, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference in Moscow.
"The meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Vienna is encouraging, but the everything mainly depends on the parties to the conflict," Lavrov said, answering a question about Russia's role in the settlement.
"Russia, like other countries co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group, tries to help such a dialogue to resolve the conflict, and there are certain developments from the co-chairs, which are not rejected by the parties, but require additional efforts in order to reach an agreement. We are ready to assist, but we will not do this work for them," said Lavrov. -02D-
