Baku/19.05.22/Turan: Moscow consistently advocates the creation of a bilateral Commission for the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border with its subsequent demarcation with the advisory assistance of Russia, a traditional briefing in Moscow by the press secretary of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
Simultaneously with the start of the work of the commission, it is necessary to take steps to increase the level of stability and security on the border of the two countries. This issue was discussed at a trilateral meeting of foreign ministers in Dushanbe, she added.
“Partners have informed that they are close to completing the process of formation of national delegations. Russia has already formed its expert team. We expect that in the near future it will be possible to launch practical work on the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,” she said. -02D-
