On 29 December the Armenian side attempted to penetrate to the Azerbaijani side, but was trapped by
the Azerbaijani military, according to the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan. During the battle, the Armenian side

At today's battle on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan, three Armenian military men were killed, including two soldiers and an officer, the Armenian media reported.
The Armenian side claims that it was the result of sabotage of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. According to Armenian sources, one of the attackers from the Azerbaijani side was killed.
The incident occurred in the early morning of December 29 on the southeast of the village Chinari in the Tavush region of Armenia.
