The prosecutor asked to convict Yagublu for four years
Today the Absheron district court concluded the judicial investigation in the case of Nigar Yagublu, the youth activists of the "Musavat" party. She is charged in the case of a road accident on August 25, as a result of which died Aydin Ajalov, a member of the Assembly of the "Musavat" Party.
Despite at the trial son of the deceased, his successor, confirmed the absence of complaint, as an accident was by negligence, the prosecutor asked the court to sentence Yagublu to four years in prison.
The lawyers asked for time to prepare for the final word, and the trial is scheduled for December 19. The lawyers Nemat Kerimli and Adil Ismailov said Turan, that the court failed to prove the guilt of Yagublu.
