The US imposed sanctions against a new group of oligarchs from the Russian Federation
Baku / 06.04.18 / Turan: Oligarchs Miller, Rothenberg and Deripaska, head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsov, heads of Rosgvardia and Roskomnadzor - all of them were at first in the "Kremlin report", and now under the sanctions.
The US imposed sanctions against 24 Russian businessmen and officials included in the so-called "Kremlin Report". Information on this appeared on Friday, April 6, on the website of the US Treasury. Restrictive measures are imposed also on 14 companies.
Among those who are under sanctions are the most influential Russian oligarchs surrounding Vladimir Putin - Alexei Miller, Igor Rothenberg, Oleg Deripaska and Suleiman Kerimov, and Kirill Shamalov, whom the media called the son-in-law of the Russian president. Restrictive measures have been introduced against a group of high-ranking officials: Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, head of Rosgvardia Viktor Zolotov, head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov and Governor of the Tula region, Alexei Dumin.
The US Ministry of Finance published a "Kremlin list", which includes 210 names, in January 2018. It included, in particular, all Russian businessmen with a fortune in excess of $ 1 billion, as well as 114 officials. Then the US administration announced a decision not to take restrictive measures against the list participants. Sanctions include a ban on entry into the US, freezing of accounts and real estate of these individuals. -02D-

The United States and the European Union, which tried to position themselves as mediators in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, have come up with nothing and merely copied Russia's ideas, distorting their essence in order to "hijack" the peace process for themselves. However, their true goal was to take control of the region, to insert themselves into it, and to push out Russia, as well as Iran and Türkiye, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated at a briefing on November 13.
