Ukrainian opposition publishes a plan of actions of Evromaydan

Ukrainian opposition has formed a "Plan of Action of the participants of Maydan." The corresponding document of five sections was published by the parties "Batkivshina" and UDAR. The main points of the plan are: the release of political prisoners , criminal cases against Interior Minister Vitaly Zakharchenko, fighters of  police special "Berkut" guilty of beating demonstrators , the resignation of the government of Niklay Azarov, early parliamentary and presidential elections, the signing of an association agreement with the EU.

According to the plan, according to RBC, it  is proposed to appeal to international organizations, in particular the Human Rights Council and the Council of Europe with complaints against the Ukrainian authorities, who, according to the opposition , acted contrary to the international obligations of Ukraine. It is also planned to invite representatives of non-governmental international organization "Reporters without Borders", and international human rights organizations as observers to monitor the developments in Ukraine.

Opposition members also intend to appeal to the International Organization for the Suppression of Unlawful Money Laundering (FATF), the World Bank, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime for the purpose of engagement mechanisms under their joint initiative to return state assets "stolen" by senior officials, and to organize the investigation sources of origin of foreign accounts and property of senior officials of Ukraine and their close relatives.

It is also planned to establish an ongoing process of staying deputies, politicians democratic countries on the Independence Square in Kiev, as well as to invite to Maydan  the Polish Sejm deputies, deputies of the European Parliament and the national parliaments of European countries, USA, Canada, opposition leaders of Russia and Belarus.

Opposition is going to  form a " Black Book of torturers and violators of human rights in Ukraine" and declare on  the Maydan first names of the persons to be  included to the book. The opposition called this action "Know the executioners face."

As a "public disobedience action" the  opposition intends to call for a boycott of goods and services of the companies and organizations whose owners are members or activists of the Party of Regions . It is also planned to apply to public servants who do not agree with the current policy of the authorities, urging  to resign voluntarily. In addition, the list of measures includes initiation of mass demonstrations against  the visits of Heads of State and Government who support the current regime to Ukraine.

The opposition also intends to attract to the implementation of security functions  the veterans of the Afghanistan war, veterans of the armed forces and law enforcement agencies with the aim of involving them in the protection of public order during   rallies and protect the rights of citizens during peaceful protests. To enhance perimeter of Maydan  it is planned to attract heavy construction , agricultural and utility equipment.

In addition , it is expected to continuously monitor the transport of people  during the rallies, organized by the Party of Regions , identify those responsible for such monitoring in all recreational areas around Kiev and Kiev itself , particularly in the railway and bus stations.

In the center of Kiev and other cities of Ukraine continuing mass protests among supporters of European integration, which began after the Ukrainian government announced the suspension of the preparation of the Association Agreement with the EU. The total number of victims of the clashes in the center of Kiev, starting from November 30, was, according to recent data, 413 people. Among them are  220 law enforcement officers. -02D-
