In all districts of the capital, measures have been taken to prepare for the autumn-winter period. Responsible persons have been appointed for each district of the city, and monitoring is underway.

The creation of a headquarters is envisaged to coordinate this work. In addition, reserves of salt and sand have been created to combat icy roads.
