Height of the snow cover was in Altyagach - 25 cm, Lerik – 24 cm, Gakh – 22 cm, Khaltan, Yardymly – 20 cm, Gabala – 19 cm, Ismayilly – 16 cm, Guba – 15 cm, Sheki – 13 cm, Gusar, Shamakhi, Oguz – 11 cm, Zagatala – 10 cm, in Baku and Absheron – 10 cm.
Visibility was limited to 50-100 m .
Air temperature in the mountains dropped to 18-23 degrees of frost; in Baku and Absheron to -2 degrees, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic – -8 -13 degrees. -05B06-
