An investigation of the facts of torturing children in a psychological center
Baku/03.09.22/Turan: The police launched an investigation into the facts of bullying and violence against young children in a private psychological center in Baku. The identity of the employees of the center who subjected children to torture has been established, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reported.
Footage of bullying, psychological and physical abuse of children was spread on social networks the day before.
According to Kamala Agazade, the head of the Union of Children of Azerbaijan, these illegal actions were committed in the "Mehnur" psychological and speech therapy center, located in the Nizami district of Baku.
An interdepartmental working group with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children, public organizations and other state structures also began to investigate the video footage, the Health Ministry reported. --06B--

Today, on September 26, a meeting is expected in New York between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia regarding peace negotiations.
