Boulevard "Blocked" Until September 1
From August 17, traffic along the seaside boulevard (Prospect Heftyannikov) is blocked due to construction work.
Repair work began in mid-July. Authorities then reported on the construction of new water supply lines, and work will be complete by August 5.
But now, "Azeryolservis" responsible for the road construction, reported Prospect Heftyannikov will be closed utnil September. New asphalt is the reason.
Currently, construction is on going from "Azneft" Square and "Azadlig" Square. Traffic was severely restricted, creating troubles for drivers.
