Consideration of Afgan Sadigov's Appeal Scheduled for December 4
Baku / 02.12.20 / Turan: The head of Azel.Tv, Afgan Sadigov, is on a hunger strike for 29 days and is now in critical condition. Turan was informed about this by his wife Sevinj Sadigova.
“The chief called today and said that Afgan's condition is very grave. He invited us to come and persuade him to end the hunger strike,” said S. Sadigova.
The journalist's wife went to see him today.
However, according to her, her husband did not want to be brought to a meeting with family members on a stretcher.
S. Sadigova wants her husband to be transferred to the medical institution of the Ministry of Justice.
At the same time, the consideration of A. Sadygov's appeal is scheduled for 15.30 on December 4.
It was not possible to obtain comments from the Penitentiary Service.
