Court punishes all detainees at the rally of protest on May 6 (UPDATED)
Nasimi district court completed consideration of administrative cases against activists arrested on May 6 for protesting sentence against activists of NIDA Movement.
In the first half of the day the court sentenced an activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA ) Kamala Bananyarly to 20 days of arrest , members of the party "Musavat" Tural Abbasli and Orkhan Eyubzade, activist NIDA Shafi Shafiev, and member of the organization "Dalga" ("Wave") Haji Zeynally to 15 days of administrative arrest.
Another 10 people on the same charges were fined. In particular, the PFPA activist Togrul Ibrahim - 600 manats , a member of "Musavat" Shamil Beydulla and PFPA activist Kamran Zeynalov - 500 manats , Nijat Mamedbeyli (member NIDA), Alice Turkel (member PPFA ) , Orhan Rustamzade ( member of the organization "Free Youth ), Rahman Mammadov (member NIDA), Rasul Mursalov ( PPFA ) - 400 manats , Fizuli Ovchuev ( PPFA ) - 300 manats. Three more youth activists : Turan Ibrahim Orhan and Reza Hussein Garasulu have been warned. All these persons were found guilty of disorderly conduct or not subordinating police.
According to the deputy chairman of the Popular Front Party Fuad Gahramanli, Kamala Bananyarly, who was arrested for 20 days, was tortured in the Nasimi police . -1606D-

Baku.07.05.14.Turan : On May 7 Nasimi Court arrested administratively the participants of yesterday's rally sentencing activists of NIDA movement.
Thus, Tural Abbasli , Kamala Bananyarly, Orhan Eyubzade, HajiZeynalli and Shafi Shafiev have been arrested for 15 and 20 days.
Togrul Ibrahim , Alice Turkel , Orhan Rustamzade were arrested 600-400 manat.
Total of 17 people were detained. The fate of the remaining detainees is still unknown. Detainees did not have lawyers.
The detainees are members of: NIDA Movement, “Dalga”, "Azad Genjik" and political party "Musavat" and the People's Front.
Today, just like yesterday , police rigidly dispersed journalists covering the arrests of protesters. Representatives of independent and opposition media were subjected to violence. -16В-

Baku/07.04.14/Turan Fifteen protesters of the rally on May 6 against sentencing activists of NIDA Movement appear today before the Nasimi District Court.
Courthouse is surrounded by police and plainclothes officials who are putting pressure on journalists who came to the courthouse, and activists are not allowed there, said Rufat Hajibeyli, a member of the youth organization of the party " Musavat." In this case, the journalist of the " Objective TV " Hussein Azizoglu was beaten by persons in civilian clothes, his camera and his glasses were broken.
These person will be brought to trial: Tural Abbasli, Shamil Beydulla, Orhan Eyubzade , Turkel Azertyurk , Kamala Bananrly , Togrul Ibrahim, Fizuli Ovchuev, Nijat Mamedbeyli , Shafi Shafiev, Kamran Zeynalov, Rahman Mamedli, Turan Ibrahim , Orkhan Rustamzade, Rasul Mursalov , and Huseyin Garasulu.
