Disappeared journalist Ismail Islamoglu
Baku /29.10.18 / Turan: For three days now, there has been no information about the employee of Internet TV "Kanal 13", Ismail Islamoglu. He disappeared on the evening of October 26 after leaving the Kanal 13 office and going home. Lawyer Bahruz Bayramov was unable to establish the place of his detention today during the day. "We contacted the courts and we were told that there was no decision on this person about administrative arrest or other measures," said the lawyer. The family of the journalist addressed the hotline of the MIA "102", but so far have not received any information about the fate of Islamoglu. Law enforcement agencies also have not yet commented on reports of the disappearance of Islamoglu. The journalist is known for his activity on social networks on the Internet. He had previously been called and warned by the police for critical publications about the authorities on the Internet.
