Eyesight Problems at Wrestling Competitors
Strange vision problems arose on June 17 at the judges, participants and the photo and video operators working in the Sports Complex named after Heydar Aliyev on Tbilisi Avenue, where the wrestling competitions within the European Games take place.
According to unofficial information, during the evening competition, light bulbs burst at the top of the hall. Dust of the broken lamps crumbled into the hall, but it went unnoticed for the majority of those present. Today, however, photographers and judges that worked in the hall complained of blurred vision and some redness of the eyes. All the photographers were sent to the hospital for examination.
At the same time, the judges of the wrestling contest are wearing sunglasses there today. According to some of the victims, they feel pain in the eyes and see colors in a distorted way. The attempt to get information from the Operating Committee of the European Games failed. -02B-
