Forensic examination of remains found at Farrukh height proves they belong to Azerbaijanis - State Commission
Baku/21.04.22/Turan: Forensic examination of human remains discovered during excavations at the Farrukh height in Khojaly region of Azerbaijan is ongoing in March. The graves found on the Farrukh Plateau had no headstones or other identifying marks. The remains themselves belong to the Caspian sub-type of the Europoid race, to which the Azerbaijani Turks belong. It was reported by the Azerbaijani State Commission for Prisoners, Missing Persons and Hostages on April 21.
"Contrary to Armenian allegations, the corpses were not buried according to Christian tradition, especially in coffins and clothes, as is the custom in Armenia. They were buried chaotically, in no particular order or direction.
Furthermore, the traces of violence and blunt force trauma on the remains, as well as the discovery of numerous shell casings in the graves prove that they belonged to citizens of Azerbaijan who died in the First Karabakh War. The fact that the mass grave is located 10-15 km from settlements and in a mountainous area also gives grounds to conclude that this place was not a traditional cemetery," the report says.
The Armenian side's claims that the remains belong to Armenians and that the site is "sacred to Armenians" have no basis whatsoever.
"The absence of an Armenian religious monument and cemetery at this site once again proves what was said".
Attempts by Armenians to distort the origins of the remains at Farrukh height are aimed at concealing the facts of war crimes during the First Karabakh War, the report notes. -02D-

In 2017, the Sumgayit City Court ruled to evict the Aliyev family—refugees from Gubadli (Akper, Sarvinaz, Ramil, and two other family members)—from an illegally occupied apartment in the 12th microdistrict, Building 7A, Apartment 35. The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees. Under this directive, refugees without alternative housing cannot be evicted until they are provided with a replacement residence by the Executive Authority.
