Inam Karimov is appointed head of the new state agency
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment Inam Karimov a chairman of the newly created State Agency for services to citizens and social innovations.
Previoulsy Kerimov worked as Secretary of the Commission to Combat Corruption under the President.
The new agency through a network of "easy care" centers will provide 24 kinds of alternative services to the citizens, including the issuance of passports, identity cards, driving licenses, title deeds, birth certificates, marriage, etc.
The basic idea is to provide services to citizens through the "single window" and getting rid of red tape and corruption of officials.—06D--
