The blogger Mehman Huseynov is accused of failing to subordinate the legal requirements of the police, Turan was told by his lawyer Elchin Sadigov.
According to him, the trial is scheduled for 15:00 on 10 January, chaired by Judge Babak Panahov.
The police report states that a citizen complained to the police that Mehman pushed him in the shoulder, and then insulted him. The police arrived at the scene, but Mehman was also rude and refused to comply. Therefore, against him there is a charge under article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, which involves up to 30 days of arrest.

On the evening of January 9 at the heart of the capital officials in civilian clothes kidnapped the well-known blogger Mehman Huseynov.
The incident occurred about 20:00 near the street Nizami (Trading) when Mehman came out of a café and was heading to a meeting with friends. At this point, a few people ran up to him, two covered his mouth, while the other tied Mehman and bundled him into a car.

The lawyer Elchin Sadigov told Turan the search for Mehman is to no avail. The lawyer in the first place visited the Office for Combating Organized Crime Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they did not answer the question whether Mehman Huseynov was.
At the headquarters of the police of the capital the lawyer was told they do not have Mehman. The lawyer continues to search.

In recent months, Mehman Huseynov prepared a series of video reports about corruption in the higher echelons of government - ministers, deputies and oligarchs.
He shot mansions and villas of government officials, built on stolen money and prepared interviews with workers whom the owners of those houses refuse to pay wages.
These reports have been very popular in social networks and have had a great response, causing irritation of the authorities.
Three weeks ago, a group of people in civilian clothes already tried to kidnap Mehman on the street, but they did not succeed. Mehman made a statement, which blamed the attack on the country's authorities. -02B-

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan.
