The university administration has requested the Ministry after the winter exam session to facilitate the transfer of students to other universities.To this end, the Ministry of Education set up a working group on of transfer students. The situation around the university "Caucasus" is not clear. Problems at the University of "Caucasus" began in the summer of 2016 after the failure of the coup in Turkey. Ankara has demanded from Baku to close all the structures associated with the Movement "Khizmat" by the preacher Fethullah Gulen, the Turkish government announced him the organizer of the coup.
