Ministry of Interior: Elchin Mammadov cannot leave the counry for abroad due to 2,000 AZN loan
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the ban on leaving the country for the edirtor of the newspaper "Yukselish Namine" Elchin Mammadov is founded. The comment of the Deputy Interior Ministry's press service Ehsan Zahidov to Turan agency noted that the ban on leaving the country is the credit debt to the International Bank for about 2,000AZN. "If the debt is not paid, the restriction to leave the country will not be removed," said Zahidov. Elchin Mammadov says that on 24 May Baku Administrative-Economic Court №2 granted lawsuit against the Ministry of Internal Affairs Main Department for combating organized crime on illegal detention in May last year.
