Official newspapers published a series of presidential decrees on the development of bilateral relations with the Republic of South Africa, Serbia, Iraq, Poland and Bulgaria. They give the review of the official visit of Ilham Aliyev to Iran. They also publish "technical" decrees of changes in the Regulations on the activities of several government agencies .
