The economic development of the country, the number of working population in the country, the situation with business environment in Azerbaijan, the fight against corruption are the major themes in today's press.
The official newspaper "Azerbaijan" published an article by the editor Bakhtiyar Sadigov, entitled: "Azerbaijan is steadily developing."
According to him, an impetus to the events gave the April battles, as well as the possibility of the country's economy, yet laid by Heydar Aliyev. That is, the Azerbaijani model of development. "New Times" publishes an article about the formal fight against corruption in the country, arguing that the prosecution reveals only minor corrupt, but do not touch government officials. Corrupt officials create their business from the state budget, ignoring the laws. Society wants their exposure, and this is the social order.
