Officials and pro-government newspapers continue to publish articles about successful policy of the authorities, and praised the First Lady, Mehriban Aliyeva, on  her birthday.

Independent and opposition newspapers write about the Azerbaijani-Iranian relations,  on the fight among power representatives,  about buying by Azerbaijani officials property in Hungary.

The press continues to discuss filing a lawsuit  on the alleged poisoning of the late President  Abulfaz Elchibey.

"Ayna" writes   that the information  of the Defense Ministry  about the death of  soldiers in the army does not fit in with the medicine. The article questioned the death of the  soldier Tayfur Beyov from the disease. If Beyov was seriously ill, why was he in the army?

Political analyst Zardusht Alizadeh wrote  an article "New loss for Karabakh: losses and gains", which notes that the  power used the  situation of  “no war, no peace” lasting for 18 years for their own interests. The author also analyzed the position of Russia, Iran, USA, Turkey and Europe.

"Echo" writes that the richest cities in Azerbaijan are Baku, Ganja, Sumgait, Lankaran and Barda. But  the richest city  is Baku; 90% of the business objects of the country  arelocated in Absheron economic region; 92% taxes are also collected in Baku.

"Express" reprinted interview with Noureddin Akurek, the Turkish physician of  the former President  Abulfaz Elchibey. He stated that Elchibey died of prostate cancer.

The doctor expressed his regret that when Elchibey was ill ,  then President Heydar Aliyev and the Azerbaijani embassy in Turkey did not  show any interest in his illness.

"Ahmedly is  choking on garbage," the newspaper said, pointing that  garbage in the village is not taken away, reduction of personnel, supervising environmental situation.

The paper analyzes the situation in the secondary car market, where the average price of a used car is $16,200.

“Azadlig”

The newspaper continues to publish the views of experts, politicians, intellectuals, on the case of "poisoning" Elchibey. This case is aimed against the  leader of Popular Front Party, Ali Kerimli, and "this dirty campaign will result in a boomerang against the government."

The reason for the investigation of "poisoning" became the statements of the head of the  "Modern Musavat" Party,  Hafiz Hajiyev. Thus the representative of the Presidential Administration, Ali Hasanov, called Hajiyev  a serious person.

In this case, the paper asks why authorities have ignored other statements in this serious man, namely, the preparation of a coup  by officials, taking bribes by them, falsification of the parliamentary elections, the nomination   by the presidential administration people of Armenian  origin? 

Parents soldier Ismail Ibayev, who committed suicide in the army in Nakhchivan,  do not believe in the official version, and point to signs of torture on his body.

"Yeni Musavat" reprinted "sensational" information from a site, that  an attempt on life of President Ilham Aliyev and his son-in-law, Emin Agalarov, was preparing  on April 29 during a concert at the Boulevard. Allegedly snipers on the roof of a 16-storey building in the village of Bail and around the  TV tower, were disarmed. However, both of these points are located a few kilometers from the boulevard and out of reach for sniper weapons.

The newspaper wrote about the dangers of the juice "Jale" produced "Gilan - Holding" to health, which belongs to the Minister of Emergency Situations.

Azerbaijan intends to buy up government bonds in Hungary, and to spend  two or three billion euro on it. -0-
