Residents of Subhi Street Apply to Department to Combat Corruption
The residents of a nine-floor multi-block building at 2 Subhi Street in the village of Buzovna again appealed to the General Directorate for Combating Corruption at the Prosecutor General's Office with a complaint about the housing Economic Department of the Executive Power of Baku.
Due to the fault of the Executive Power of Baku the reconstruction works in the building were not completed, so the apartments still get flooded in rainfall.
Earlier, on 16 December last year, after the intervention of the Chief Directorate for Combating Corruption, the repair work stopped by the contracting company Azimport before was resumed.
In late December, workers repaired the facade of the house on the side of the road used by the President of Azerbaijan. But the due facade and roof works were not performed from the yard.
Before the intervention of the Prosecutor General, the Head of the Executive Power of Baku Hajibala Abutalibov ignored the appeals of the residents of the building, doing the same now. -0-
