Road police will fight against flip-flops
The traffic police has decided to start a fight against people driving cars in "flip-flops," stated by the chief of the department of public relations of Baku Traffic Police Vagif Asadov. According to him, over the past 10 days, the drivers wearing flip-flops made 11 accidents. Asadov said that the cause of the accident was just driving a car in flip flops. He warned that sanction will be applied to such drivers, and the traffic police will conduct raids in the area of beaches and summer arrays. Asadogv did not explain what will be the punishment , and did not explain what would be the legal basis for such sanctions, since there is not an item on the driver’s shoes in the Road Traffic Law. -02D-
