Scandalous judge is hospitalized
The judge of Baku Serious Crimes Court Enver Seyidov has been hospitalized. The Court confirmed this information, saying that since the end of the last week Seyidov has not come to work. Turan failed to get any information about the health of the judge.
The Judicial Council did not answer the question.
The judge of Baku Serious Crimes Court, Enver Seyidov recently completed trial in the case of youth activist Giyas Ibrahimov. The judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison on charges of drug-related crimes. But in fact, Ibrahimov was arrested for writing the slogan "Happy slaves!" on the monument to Heydar Aliyev. The name of Enver Seyidov recently was mentioned in connection with the scandalous verdict Giyas Ibrahimov.
The same judge sentenced the accused Elmeddin Agayev to 19 years in prison for murder. After that sentence there began a fuss in the court hall. The defendant’s relatives accused the judge of injustice. One of relatives Agayev doused herself with gasoline in an attempt to commit an act self-immolation.—0--
