SECOND EXPLOSION DURING A DAY AT ELECTORAL DISTRICT

In August, the average monthly air temperature in Azerbaijan will be close to the climatic norm.  It is expected to reach 24-26 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan reports.

On July 30, the special representatives of the Armenia-Turkey Normalization Process (Ambassador Serdar Kılıç and Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan) held their fifth meeting at the Alican-Margara border gate located on the common border of the two countries. According to TRT News, "The special representatives agreed to assess the technical needs that would be required if the Akyaka/Akhuryan railway border gate is opened in line with regional developments and to facilitate mutual visa procedures. They confirmed their agreement that the process, with the ultimate goal of full normalization, will continue without any preconditions."

No precipitation is expected in Baku on Thursday, but short-term rains will take place in a number of places in Absheron at night. The wind is north-westerly. The air temperature is +21+26 at night, +27+32 degrees during the day. Humidity is 70-80% at night, 50-55% during the day.

In July, engineering units of the Azerbaijani Army cleared more than 1,184 hectares of liberated territories from mines, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported in a news release.
