The former head of the State Flag Complex area accused of fraud
Rashad Mamedov , the former head of the State Flag Complex area , owner of the Azimport company, is charged under the Article 178 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, according to Elchin Behbudov, the head of the Committee against Torture. Today he visited in the jail of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) Mamedov and Isfendiyar Isfendyairov and Arzu Mamedov who are also involved in this case.
According to Behbudov, they did not complain about the conditions of detention and treatment.
