Training on ethics in writing about mental health
The EU-funded "Empowering mental health service" project will conduct a two-day training on "Ethical writing on mental health issues" for journalists. The program of the event is attached. If interested in participation, please contact Narmin Hajiyeva.
Training will be held by Dr. Arunas Germanavichus (Associate Professor of Vilnius University, Department of Psychiatry) and Egle Shumskene, social worker of Vilnius University (Department of Social Work).

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. According to the Azerbaijan Border Service, this prevented an attempt to smuggle into Azerbaijan 11.3 kg of marijuana, 5.1 kg of opium, and 1,990 methadone M-40 pills from Iran.
