The police arrested two resident of Zagatala region, the brothers Afghan and Sahib Huseynovs on charges of disobeying police (article 310.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences.) The brothers took part in a religious meeting on March 3 at home of the resident Israfil Isayev, where there were "illegal religious propaganda", according to the Interior Ministry press office. In addition Huseynov brothers and the house owner at the meeting was attended by other residents of the area. A search was discovered 41 religious book, which were passed to the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations. All arrested after writing explanatory, they were released. -05D-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
