Weather will be windy with precipitation
Since the second half of January 13 weather in Baku and Absheron will worsen. Expected is rainfall and strong winds.
According to forecasters, the next two days southwest gusty wind will blow, turning to the north-west. The air temperature will go down by 3-4 degrees and at night make from 1 to 4, while in the daytime it will be from 5 to 8.
In regions of the country, also starting from January 13, precipitation in the form of snow is expected in the mountains, which will continue on January 14.
The temperature will fall to 0-5 below zero at night and 4-9 during the day. In mountainous areas, the frost will be -5-10 degrees. -16D-

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has invited Azerbaijani economist and political prisoner Professor Gubad Ibadoglu to Strasbourg to attend the 2024 Sakharov Prize award ceremony. Starting from November 25, dedicated traffic lanes allocated for COP29 conference participants will lose their exclusive status and will be open to all vehicles, according to the Land Transport Agency (AYNA).
