Why are gas stations and catering facilities on the Alat-Astara highway demolished?
Baku/09.03.21/Turan: Today, the demolition of some gas stations located along the Alat-Astara highway in the section passing through the Salyan region began, said local activist Emil Mammadov. According to him, the owners of the Hajioglu, Jyz-byz, Ulduz and Ipek Yolu restaurants and Masalli cafes, whose activities were investigated by the Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General, were ordered to dismantle the facilities.
According to unofficial information, the reason for the demolition is the illegal allotment of land for construction. “In this case, those who illegally issued building permits should also be punished. On the other hand, the demolition of objects without a court decision is illegal,” Mammadov said. –23C06-
