The soldier of the Regiment of the Justice Ministry's Penitentiary Service, 19-year-old Kamil Isaev was injured as a result of fire from his service weapon. As the head of the public relations center of the Penitentiary Service Mehman Sadigov told Turan, the incident occurred as a result of negligence of the soldier with his weapon.
The victim is placed in a hospital, while the severity of his injuries, the details and location of the incident are not reported. -16D-
