New movies of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani cinematographers.
Filmmakers from Azerbaijan and Ukraine have finished shooting a short feature film called "Sakura". Filming took place in Kiev. A famous Azerbaijani actor, honored artist Ayshad Mammadov, starred in the movie. His partner became popular Ukrainian actress Tatyana Gavrilyuk from the Ukrainian DAH Theatre.
Screenwriter and director of the film is Novruz Hikmet (Azerbaijan), the operator - Yuri Danube (Ukraine). Producers of the film are Novruz Hikmet and Irina Bicheva (Ukraine.)
The picture tells the story of two people, their feelings, their fears, dreams and, of course, love. The film is intended for international distribution and will be shown in various film festivals.
