Bar Association released the results of monitoring of courts
Bar Association released results of the monitoring of trials and events in September 2012. Monitoring was conducted in the framework of the project "Monitoring of judicial protection of political rights", implemented with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). In particular, monitoring of the trial of the chief editor of "Khural" newspaper, Avaz Zeynalli, accused of bribery, tax evasion, not execution the court decisions was conducted in September.

Another process, the subject of monitoring, became the complaint of the head of the executive committee of the Liberal Party, Avaz Temirkhan, to refuse admission to the Bar. Consideration of the appeal was postponed for October 10.
