2.5 million tons of Turkmenistan oil transported via BTC this year
From January to November 2013 2,518,000 tons of Turkmenistan oil was pumped via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC), reported SOCAR press office.
According to SOCAR, in January 2013 196,147 tons of Turkmenistan oil was pumped via BTC, in February – 301,703 tons, in March -276,523 tons, in April – 269,618 tons, in May – 279,298 tons, in June – 270,035 tons, in July – 251, 713 tons, in August – 201,401 tons, in September – 200,688 tons, in October – 90,342 tons and in November – 185,054 tons.
The transportation of Turkmenistan oil via BTC started in July 2010.
At present oil extracted from the block of fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG), condensate from the gas condensate field Shah-Deniz in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea and Turkmenistan oil is transported via BTC.—0—
