Baku financiers have shown how to manage relationships with customers
BAKU/29.11.13/Turan : Baku , co-organized by companies Microsoft Azerbaijan, VeriPark and Avtenta, held a seminar on " Customer Relationship Management in financial institutions ."
The seminar is designed for financial managers , business development managers , specialists in budgeting and forecasting , as well as specialists in customer relationship management . The main theme of this discussion was to attract , maintain and develop incentive clients.
During the seminar, an expert on Microsoft technologies Tomas pepper presentation at Dynamics CRM 2013 ( new version of flexible business solutions for customer relationship management from Microsoft) spoke about the quality management of relations with customers in financial institutions . The examples discussed the existing problems and solving them , the establishment of distribution and marketing , and the importance of risk management and similar priorities. Participants learned that the benefits of creating high-quality customer relationship management on the Microsoft platform that investments made in the creation of this system to justify themselves after only 5 months. Currently, 40 thousand companies , and it is about 3.5 million users, use the system Microsoft, - he said.

Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product (GDP) reached 126.3 billion manats in 2024, marking an increase of 3 billion manats, or 2.4%, compared to the previous year, according to data released by the State Statistics Committee. In 2023, nominal GDP stood at 123 billion manats.

Azerbaijan's retail trade turnover climbed 3.9% in real terms in 2024 compared to the previous year, reaching a total of 62.2 billion manats, the State Statistics Committee revealed. Food, beverages, and tobacco accounted for 34.1 billion manats, while non-food products contributed 28.1 billion manats to the total.
