BP-Azerbaijan Vice President for wells replaced
New appointments are expected in BP-Azerbaijan company in the near future.
Gary Christman, BP-Azerbaijan Vice President for Wells, is going leave the company. He has got a new appointment in Houston, where he is going to become a Vice President of BP Global Wells Institute.
The person who is going to occupy this position has not been named yet.
Last week at the session of the government Azerbaijani President criticized BP company, operator of Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli project, for a sharp reduction of oil production on the contract area. One of the main reasons is non-timely drilling of operation wells.
On its web site BP-Azerbaijan did not post any information about changes in the company’s top management.
* BP-Azerbaijan company operates the following projects - oil production on Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, gas production on Shah-Deniz field, exploration project Shafag/Asiman, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipeline.-0-
