According to the amendments made to the provisions of paragraph 11.8 of this structure, the Decree of the President, the responsibility for enforcing the responsibility of the service "ASAN Khidmet" state civil service agencies and social innovation.
Now it will be possible to obtain data not only on citizens of Azerbaijan, but also on the temporary foreign residents, as well as stateless persons. This category of members of the society by said agencies will also be able to receive documents authorizing temporary and permanent residence in the country.
