DemirBank introduces a system of order Q-Matic in branches
DemirBank started applying in branch Q-Matic system for effectively managing priorities for customer service. Q-Matic is a leading global manufacturer of advanced electronic control systems for the queues.
The branches of "Operations Management" and "Merkez" are already in place and functioning, and the branch of "Narimanov" is currently being completed for the implementation. In the near future, other branches of the Bank will implement the system.
The menu system of Q-Matic can choose different services for private and corporate clients, which helps to optimize and improve the effectiveness of another client in the branch. In the Q-Matic system customers can check the quality of service on a scale that will allow for additional quality control services and will encourage staff to provide better service.
Q-Matic system also provides opportunities for statistical analysis. The data can be used to analyze various services, the number of customer requests, duration, and quality of service, as well as other criteria at the level of the Bank's branches and employees.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
