Examination filter passed 22 % of applicants to medical specialties
Ministry of Health published the results of another centralized hiring doctors who show low knowledge claiming to stand guard over people's health.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, of the 265 persons who have the right to participate in the exams required passing scores (30 and above) received 133 persons who were admitted to the interview stage. At this phase took place 59 future physicians who will receive job placement.
Total Ministry of Health announced through its own online resource for admission for 2000 vacancies in the public health facilities in 37 specialties. Received were 289 complaints.
"Rules of employment of doctors on a centralized competitive basis" were taken in January of this year in order to " curb corruption phenomena ."
In test exams included 40 questions on skills and 10 questions on the basics of health care legislation. The exam lasts 2 hours. The examination results are made public immediately upon completion of scoring. Scored 30 or above face balls are allowed for an interview, which is recorded on audio-visual media. Interview each candidate takes less than half an hour. Applicants are given five questions. The members of the competition committee have the right to assess the knowledge of applicants for 2, 3, 4 and 5 points.
