Ganjabank Posted 48.6% Share of the Latest Issue
Shares of Ganjabank for a total of 410 thousand manats were posted on BSE last Friday.
Emission of 1.75 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 20 manats passed state registration in November 2012. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). The underwriting services were provided by Unicapital.
As for today they have placed 48.6% (AZN 17 million) of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is held in the case of placing its half.
Paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 32 million manat. The shareholders of Ganjabank are four individuals, one of whom owns 58.5% of the equity. - 15D -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
