GOVERNMENT PREDICTS $60 PB FOR AZERBAIJAN"S OIL IN 2011
    BAKU/01.09.10/TURAN: Azerbaijan"s government predicts the average oil export price will be $60 PB in 2011. This will be stipulated by the state budget. The Deputy Finance Minister, Azer Bayramov, said the Economic Development Ministry"s experts had come to this conclusion, while the draft state budget was being completed and would be submitted to the government in September.
     The government initially prepared the state budget of 2010, referring to $45 PB, but reconsidered the budget in June 2010, raising the oil price to $55. The average export price was $76 PB in H1, 2010. --12В--
