The financial and industrial group Gilan Holding established an agro-industrial enterprise in the Gusar region.
According to the State Register of commercial legal entities, the registered capital of LLC Gusar Fruit Co. is set at 100 manat. Legal address of the company is determined by the location of the head office of the holding - Capital Tower.
Note that Gilan Holding works in many areas of the non-oil economy, including agriculture and food processing industry. The Group companies are mainly located in Baku, Gabala and other regions of the country. The holding belonging to the brothers Taleh and Nijat Heydarov consists of at least 200 companies. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
