Liquidated Companies Related to Shareholders of Ata Holding
Voluntary liquidation of two companies (LLC Praslin and LLC Vision Azerbaijan) indirectly related to one of the holding companies of Azerbaijan has been announced.
Liquidation of Vision Azerbaijan (TIN 1401471941) launched in 2008 has been registered by the Ministry of Taxes. The legal address of the company is Baku, 9 Suleyman Rustam Street, wherein there is a plurality of registered subsidiaries of Ata Holding. The authorized capital of the company is EUR 55 000. The company is led by Daniel Graham Pritchard. Search at http://mintportal.bvdinfo.com reports that Vision Azerbaijan LLC has two founders.
The second company, LLC Praslin (TIN 1402251781) is also settled at the same address. It was established in May 2012 by LLC Capıtal Estate with a capital of 1,000 manats. The original director of Capıtal Estate was Ashraf Kamilov. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Ata Holding and shareholder of Ata Bank.
It is noteworthy that Capıtal Estate Ltd. is the founder of several companies (LLC Nerka and Norfolk), which passed state registration at the same address: Baku, 9 Suleyman Rustam. It should be noted that neither Capıtal Estate, nor its two said "daughters" have a legal representative now. There is no information on the activities of these companies in Azerbaijan.
JSC Ata Holding told Turan that these companies are not included in the structure of the holding. However, they are likely to relate to its shareholders.
It should be noted that the shareholders of Ata Holding are Hughson Management Inc. (51%), Clonmel International Inc. (24%) and Asbet Limited (25%). The latter company is resident in the Seychelles. In this context, an interesting fact is that the company Praslin takes its name from the name of one of the islands of that state. --08B

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
