List of Buildings Subject to Technical Inspection Expanded
The Cabinet has reviewed the list of objects, on which technical control is not required.
According to the decision №20 of January 28, 2016, while before technical control was not applied to other houses, in respect of which there were notification proceedings, henceforth, this rule applies to all construction projects of the sort.
According to the Code of Urban Planning and Construction, technical control is one of the four types of control over the construction work. Technical control is applied by the project owner. ----08D
