Microsoft has changed the design of its logo, which existed a quarter century. "Father" and the developer of Windows operating systems switched to the new interface from today.
As the website http://hitech.newsru.com/article/24Aug2012/newmslogo says, changes are confined to the planned for the autumn new versions of major products: Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and MS Office.
The new logo of the corporation is made in the same font as the name of Windows 8, the familiar image of the window is composed of multi-colored tiles. The font and character of the logo is in the style of the new interface, so far known as Metro, according to an official blog Microsoft Technet.
