Ministry of Communications Announced Solution to Problem of Illegal Imports of Mobile Phones
The Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan said about solving the problem of illegal imports of mobile phones and applications.
As told reporters Deputy Minister Iltimas Mammadov, it was made possible by coordinating the efforts of government agencies. "Unfortunately, most cases of this phenomenon were due to existing voids used by private traders for personal gain. Usually, the products were imported in fictitious names of so-called "customers." Now the problem is completely resolved. As for ordinary users, they, as before, in the framework of established norms may purchase goods, and for this there are all necessary conditions," he said.
According to the official, the Ministry of Communications has asked the government to ensure that e-commerce is regulated without affecting the interests of ordinary people who could purchase goods in online stores without barriers. --17D-
