Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki placed 70 % of the announced issue of shares
Shares of Qafqaz Inkishaf Banki for a total of 800 thousand manats posted on Monday on the BSE.
The issue of 40 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat passed state registration in December last year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was provided by LLC Chelsea Capital. So far they have placed 70% (AZN 28 million) of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is held in the case of placing a half of it. Paid charter capital thus reached 42.8 million manat.
Shareholders are one legal person and 12 individuals. It is noteworthy that the number of shareholders of the bank was ten before, and with the arrival of three new shareholders the share of the bank's main shareholder and the chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Ismailov fell from 57.3 % to 45.9 %. - 15B-
