Second Bond Issue by Bakcell
The local mobile operator, Bakcell will issue bonds worth 40 million manat.
According to the report of the State Committee for Securities (SCS), it registered a prospectus of securities for this. The emission is divided into 40,000 bonds with par value of 1 000 manat per security.
This is not the first issue of bonds - in 2011 the company carried out a bond issue for the same amount.
The company Bakcell is the first local mobile operator, which was established in March 1994. Its services cover 80% of the country. The number of active Bakcell subscribers is about 3 million. --17D-

According to data released by the State Statistics Committee, Azerbaijan’s agricultural sector achieved slight production growth in the first eight months of 2024.
